Great value for money. Convenient location close to the main attractions, with good transport links nearby. the breakfast was good and provided enough fuel for the rest of the day's activities. You could enjoy the thermal baths and pools in the afternoon, and relax by the pool in the evening. a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
The room could have been cleaner. the carpet was quite dirty and could have been cleaned more often.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was superbly convenient, making it easy for me to get around for my business. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered was enjoyable.
No improvements needed, my stay was great.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay really enjoyable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the thermal pools, which were clean and refreshing. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located in close proximity to the shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for us to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. Another great advantage was the comfortable and cozy room, which made us feel right at home.
That the parking was a bit of a hassle. It was difficult to find a spot and we had to walk quite a bit to get to the hotel.

We love staying here. The staff is always helpful with excellent language skills. Best aspects: Cleanliness is great, free parking, great location close to transportation. The breakfast is fantastic, with a large variety to choose from.

The prices are reasonable and include entrance to the nearby spa. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
No major improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel had a closed parking facility, direct access to the spa, and included entrance fee. Staff spoke English and were helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
